I.

иш (iş) - work
ишда (işta) - at work
ишга (işka) - to work
ишлайман (işlayman) - I work/will work
ишлайсан (işlaysan) - you work/will work
ишлайди (işlaydı) - he works/will work
ишлаймиз (işlaymız) - we work/will work
ишлайсиз (işlaysız) - you work/will work
ишлайди(лар) (işlaydı[lar]) - they work/will work
яхши (yaxşi) - good, well
эртага (ertaga) - tomorrow
идора (idâra) - office
идорада (idârada) - at the office
идорага (idâraga) - to the office
олтинчи (âltınçi) - sixth

II.

1. The syllable лай in the words ишлайман, ишлайсан etc. are pronounced in some regions/cities as лий - ишлийман (işliyman), ишлийсан (işliysan) etc.
2. The э in эртага is the same sound as е in келаман (see lesson 2). Because spelling rules were partially inherited from Russian, this sound is always spelled with the letter э at the beginning of a word.
3. Likewise, the combination й+а is spelled я in all positions of the word.

III.

Сиз(лар) эртага ишга борасизми? (sız[lar] ertaga işka bârasızmı) - Are you going to work tomorrow?
Биз(лар) эртага ишга борамиз. (bız[lar] ertaga işka bâramız) - We are going to work tomorrow.
Сиз бугун идорада ишлайсизми? (sız bugun idârada işlaysızmı) - Are you working at the office today?
Мен бугун далада ишлайман. (men bugun dalada işlayman) - I'm working in the field today.
Сен эртага идорага келасанми? (sen ertaga idâraga kelasanmı) - Are you coming to the office tomorrow?
Мен эртага идорага келаман. (men ertaga idâraga kelaman) - I'm coming to the office tomorrow.
Холмат бугун ишга борадими? (Xâlmat bugun işka bâradımı) - Is Xolmat going to work today?
Холмат бугун ишга боради. (Xâlmat bugun işka bâradı) - Xolmat is going to work today.
Тошхон ишдами? (Tâşxân iştamı) - Is Toshxon at work?
Тошхон ишда. (Tâşxân işta) - Toshxon is at work.
Турсун яхши ишлайдими? (Tursun yaxşi işlaydımı) - Does Tursun work well?
Турсун яхши ишлайди. (Tursun yaxşi işlaydı) - Tursun works well.
