The standard word order in Okyyryn is ergative - verb - absolutive. The absolutive can be put in front to put special emphasis on it.
7th-millennium Okyyryn is a head-last language. Adjectives precede nouns, adverbs precede verbs, relative clauses precede main clauses etc.
