Ukrainian corrections

I have some sentences in Ukrainian, if anyone can help correct or see mistakes that would be appreciated. I am confused on how to say, "That is not a big house" basically the "that is not ..."

Here:
Велика хата є тут.
Це є мале ухо.
Вон є не малий.
Хто має папір и перо?

I know some Ukrainian, but I'm absolutely not fluent in it, so it would be better if a native Ukrainian speaker could help you. But I'm not sure if there are any around here, so I'll try to help.
I hope I didn't misinterpret what you meant to say.

That is not a big house. - Це не велика хата.

Велика хата є тут.

The big house is here. - Велика хата тут. (or: Here is a big house. - Тут велика хата.)

Це є мале ухо.

This is a small ear. - Це мале вухо. (or маленьке, I think that's used more often)

Вон є не малий.

He is not small. - Він не малий. (same about маленький)

Хто має папір и перо?

Who has paper and a pen? - Хто має папір і ручку?
