Unfortunately, all this music is not available for free on the Internet... You can listen to some samples, though, on on-line shops' websites, like this one with samples of the songs by Happysad from their first album.

Hmm, a mnie Sistars nie spodobały się, gdy grały w Sylwestrową noc na krakowskim Rynku. Zerowa energetyka, moim zdaniem. Może na albumach, co prawda, są lepsze, nie wiem.

From some years my favorite band is KULT and another Kazik's Staszewski projects like Kazik, KNŻ or elDupa. They play rock, punk (but not americam punk like Sum41 or something like that).

On this page you could download some songs from concerts http://www.kult.art.pl/forum/viewtopic.php?id=3256
I want to traning my English, please comment my language, help me to rise my knowledge.

I wonder if I ca nhelp you guys, I've heard about a virtual radio station that plays disco polo all the time, it is quite popular among Star Craft players

I don't know if anybody will agree but my last fascination is Hanna Banaszak. I think angels in heaven will have her voice.
Anyway Expugnator, guys were porposing some more alternative music and I have the impression that what you are looking for is rather pop music and female voices. Try to find Kayah, Justyna Steczkowska, Ania Dąbrowska, Monika Brodka, Patrycja Markowska.

Expuguinho, I read your post more carefully. Now I know more what do you need. Do you still need some Polish music? I have many mp3 files, I can send them to you but please specify what kind of music o you need.
Some suggestions that may interess you:

 Kashubian music:
Chëcz --> http://www.checz.art.pl/muzyka.htm -->rock music + Kashubian famous poet's lyrics
Kòmpanijô Wãdzëbôków --> http://klo.brusy.pl/wadzeboki/index.htm --> "Òna Sama" is my favourite but don't forget to listen to "Kaszëbsczé jezora"!)

Pop-folk music: (here I only post titles since it is easy to find them in the net)
Brathanki (Czerwone korole, Siebie dam po ślubie, W kinie w Lublinie, Gdzie ten który powie mi)
Golec uOrkiestra (Lornetka, Słodycze)
De Press (Bo jo cie kochom, Moja Piosnka II)
Trebunie Tutki (they were mixing Polish highlanders typical music with carribean sounds)

Modern music (not necessarily pop)
Kayah (Fleciki, I highly recommend songs with Goran Bregovic: Śpij kochanie śpij, Byłam różą)
Hanna Banaszak (Pogoda ducha, W moim magicznym domu)
 Polish artistis sing Portuguese with Cesaria Evora (Kayah „Embarcacao”, Dorota Miśkiewicz „Um pincelada”)
 Maryla Rodowicz (Polish diva, she started singing before I was born) “Bossa nova do poduszki” (I think this one also has some Brasilian inspirations)

ps. Hanna Banaszak is famous from her sambas :)

IMO the best is Hey, I love Kasias voice, ang text are wonderful. But the best on the world is Myslovitz, look here for videoclips. I was in their concert. It was great time.

I like Kasia Kowalska too.

And a thread about Polish music is incomplete before one special group is mentioned: Ich Troje. :-)

This group was my first contact with Polish pop music. And somehow they and their lead singer managed it that now I'm completely mad about everything Polish and am even learning the most horrible and difficult language in the world: Polish.

(a joke, of course - I love this language ;-) )

Here you can read about and listen to the music of Ich Troje:
